Did I Ovulate?

Hi friends! I have a question. This is my second month TTC. Looking at my BBT chart, is it safe to say I ovulated yesterday/today? Also if i BD tonight, do I still have a chance? My husband is a pilot and was gone last night on an overnight but will be home tonight. (I’m still new to this! LOL)
