Anything 12 days late

Hey ladies so I'm going for bloodwork today because I'm 12 days late with no signs of AF coming. I had ewcm at 8 or 9 days late and it was so thick that I was sure something was happening. I also had an ER visit at 2 or 3 days late because of severe pain in my side that brought an ovarian cyst diagnosis but no other real answers for my pain. Their ultrasound found a thick endometrial lining tok so they said I would start in the next few days and since I'm posting this now you can tell it didn't happen. Thanks everyone, tests posted below with a 2 hour hold and please comment advice or stories because im super worried.
