What birth control is good for acne and doesn’t cause weight gain?

I used alesse. Lowest dose of hormones. Cleared my face and back acne. Never had symptoms. Been on them for 15yrs got pregnant the first month twice. I was put on it as a teenager cuz i had my period every 2 weeks, and acne all went away. This is just me, ask doctor and test them.

You'll have to try them yourself to find out. I never had physical effects on either type of pill apart from how it affected my period itself, but I did get more emotional and they affected my libido. Some of my friends, on the other hand, had horrendous acne, or bleed loads.

I heard the ten year iud doesn’t have hormones but it makes your period heavier

Condoms.
There are specifically designed pills against acne.
However they have high dosage of hormones which are really not as suitable as a first pill. Also change of hormones can by definition always cause weight gain.
