First Solids

My daughter is 4months already got her first teeth, She grabbed for my hand with food in it and forcefully put in her mouth today. She has been able to situp with assistance for about 3weeks. I made some baby cereal and she grabbed the spoon and put in her mouth herself. She loves food, cant get enough. My question is how much and often should I feed her at the beginning? I am all new to this. I dont wanna give her to much.
