Almost 6 weeks pregnant light brown spotting then clots is this a miscarriage?

Yesterday was the first day I spoke to the midwife giving all my details etc. Last night I started cramping really bad. I felt like I was about to get my period. I went to the bathroom and had watery brown spotting which started to go slightly darker and then I passed this clot and things went back to light brown watery spotting again. The cramps were intense.  
Do you think I'm having a miscarriage? :(

Hunny did u go to the dr ? How are u feeling ? Iv had 4 miscarriages but all my miscarriages were dark red blood . Thinking of u . Please keep me posted . God Bless .

So guys after 3 days of clots and cramps over 2 weeks ago. Today we had our first scan to see if baby was okay. Turns out baby is absolutely fine and healthy and they see no reason at all for the bleeding I had. 
So never lose hope even if you had a circumstance like mine things might just work out fine. 
Feeling so blessed and happy and thankful to God. I could cry woth happiness. Just over 7 weeks. Baby is 9mm. Xxxx

I'm just updating everyone. I waited the 2 weeks and tested again and then contacted the midwives. Even after the clots passed for the 3 days I had that and the cramps my tests are still super strong lines. We have our first scan tomorrow.  Please can I ask for everyone's prayers. I'd be so grateful. I'm praying everything is okay with baby.

I know I'm not meant to test until the 8th but thought I'd test today and my lines still strong and not fading. Felt so sick today. Constantly peeing and the boobs still hurt and are most definitely getting bigger. Xxx

Just wanted to give everyone an update. I'm still feeling super pregnant. Breasts getting bigger and feel so heavy and swollen not to mention sensitive. 
As you all know I was advised to test on the 8th this month by the midwives but I tested this morning. Couldn't help myself. My result line is darker than the control line. So I'm hoping this is a great sign as it's the 2nd of June. 
I still have hope! 
This is the test they sent me btw. 
If you read the box and look at the shape of top of test you'll see my result line is so much darker and showed immediately on the test it actually took longer for the control line to show. I'm really hoping this is a great sign. Xxx

I should say it started out with cramp then very light brown spotting, then the main pic clot happened. Then it went pure brown stretchy clots. Not alot. Nothing ever went on a pad. Only when I wiped. The cramps and stretchy brown clots lasted from Monday to Wednesday. I feel fine now. I actually still feel pregnant but I know levels can remain high after a miscarriage.  I feel very angry and let down by the midwives team and my doctors. As none of them will take me in for checks. Midwives said I'm too early for any scans. I've to ride it out and they posted a test for me to test on the 8th of June. Then let them know the result. They told me if it's negative it means I miscarried and if it's positive only then will they arrange an early scan. My doctors told me just to take paracetamol if I have cramps and wear pads. I just find this absolutely shocking. Literally anything could be wrong with the baby or me. I have PCOS as well and I know I have follicles on both ovaries. So I don't know if that could be to do with anything. 
But on the morning of Monday before the cramps and spotting/Clots I had the worst diahrea ever twice. 
But yesterday and today I feel fine. Breasts still hurt. I'm still nauseous and I tested yesterday at half 11 am and still have a super strong line. I know levels can remain high for ages so I'm not taking the test to really mean anything. But I'm just trying to hold onto any hope I can while I wait the next 10 days to test. 
For a first pregnancy this is enough to put me off trying again as I feel so alone right now and totally unsupported by the professionals who are supposed to help me. Luckily I have a great partner. But not knowing wether I should be grieving or if we should be celebrating is so hard. I quit my aniexty meds when I found out I was pregnant and obviously now im extremely anxious again. I just find this making us wait it out without any sort of test so cruel. 
Sorry for my rant. :'(
