Today I am cramping up a storm. Not sure if it could be implantation or I’m actually ovulating later than the apps says. I don’t track with opks or bbt. I strictly go off of what the app says. The cramping is more on the right side as well. Not sure if that matters.

Oh honey NO! Do not trust this app’s prediction! You need to be testing with OPK’s, use the Premom app to log your OPK’s. Test 2x a day, once around 1-2pm & 6-7pm, this is when your LH levels are highest (not the morning like HCG). Test with urine that you’ve held for 3-4 hours (this means not drinking a lot). Try the Pregmate brand on Amazon, I love them! When you log your tests, take them in the same spot/lighting each time so the app can give you more accurate predictions. If I would’ve trusted this app’s prediction, I would probably never get pregnant. It says I ovulate 14 days into my cycle but with OPK’s I actually ovulated on day 22. Even though I’ve tracked my period on this app for 3 years, it’s prediction was WAY off. Please please please track your ovulation with OPK’s, it’s so beneficial!

This app is just an estimate of when to start testing with opks but it's never right..at least not for me. Good luck

Ok ladies I have a question. Is it true that that you get your cycle 2 weeks after you ovulate if you didn’t conceive?

Of course its probably a little too early to tell especiallysince you don't know for sure if you ovulatedwhen the app says, but I started cramping exactly 8 days after my ovulation (I tracked with opk) and got my bfp 2 days later at 10dpo!! So maybe!! Wishing you all the baby dust 💫
