Cramps...

So over the past 3-4 days, I’ve been having these cramps. Not like period cramps, but sharp stabby cramps. It’s mostly been the right side; lower part of my abdomen. It sometimes radiates up my side (like right above my hip.) last night it was bad enough my back was completely spasmed up. (Which is nothing new for me, but boy was it uncomfortable!!) I did take a pregnancy test this morning and it was negative. I’m not late for my period yet, it’s due in a few days. I have like no appetite (haven’t for quite a while really.) I don’t exactly want to go to the ER because it doesn’t feel like an emergency. I may call my OBGYN and see if they can do an ultrasound or something to check my ovaries and all that. Idk what’s going on!! If it makes any difference, my breasts have been super sore and I’ve been quite nauseous (more so than normal.) Naproxen helps it some, thankfully. Tylenol don’t do anything at all but piss me off. Laying down in certain positions helps. I was talking to my mom about it and she said it could be my appendix? Idk I thought the appendix would hurt further up the side? Bc it’s literally a sharp pain like inches above my hip. What would y’all do? I mean I don’t exactly wanna just run to the doctor... I’m just aggravated by the pain.
