So Based on my LMP I should be 5 weeks and 6 days. I got a positive pregnancy test 8 days before my expected period. Today after sex, I began to spot and cramp a little. Totally normal. About 5 hours later I began to bleed bright red, and had a few tiny clots. Went to the ER, they told me that they only see the gestational sac, and nothing else which would indicate that I am super early. My hcg levels were 197, an they said that is very early. The doctor told me it could be an early miscarriage or I’m just not as far along as I thought, but I would have to be finding out 8 days before my period. I’ve taken pregnancy tests daily, but they haven’t gotten lighter. I’m so confused and have lost a little hope. I’d be grateful for any input.
