I am currently feeding my 9 month old and also 15 weeks pregnant. My 9 month old has lost weight so.i tried to pump (for the first time in forever) and I didnt get much.

I'm worried i am no longer producing enough. Honestly I've had a poor diet and poor water consumption. But I'm curious if anyone else was in a similar situation. If so what did you do? Were you able to breastfeed once your new baby was born?

From what I've read "generally" pregnancy wouldnt make your milk supply drop. But I haven changed my diet enough to decrease so much, I was an over producer for my babies first few months. I stopped pumping but she was still gaining until recently.
