Advice pls

So my bf told me he had hpv but got the vaccine and hasn’t had any symptoms or anything since but I was reading about it and I can still get it from him apparently (it can lay dormant i think) so I was wondering if i should get the hpv shots too just to protect myself-

I feel bad asking for advice on what to do but like I’m worried for myself 🤷🏽‍♀️

Ik he might see a forever or something but like i don’t want to risk it at all especially since it’s really common and can be spread easily
