Feeding Time Lowering???

My baby is 2 months old today and I find it odd that the time she feeds is lowering! She eats about 8 times a day unless she wants another unexpected feed. She does produce anywhere from 7-9 diapers a day. Feeding time is also every 3 hours with occasional ones every 2 1/2 hours.

It started around last week to where she was eating on one side for about 10 minutes but the time is lowering. It went from 10 min. to 9 min. to 8 min. and as of this morning, 7 min. Sometimes it does fluctuate and she’ll eat back at the norm again but then it changes? I do have a fast let down when she first latches - is it possible she’s getting more milk at first and then gets full? The only thing I can think of is how she does pull away from the breast at the 5 minute mark but she will latch back on by herself.

I’ve also noticed that past the 10 minute mark, she would spit up her milk. There are times I felt like she didn’t get enough, and I would offer my breast which she would take but think break off seconds later. Sometimes because of this, she will get frustrated and start to cry. At that point, I give up and stop feeding her just to burp her. I’ve tried to burp her in between the time she breaks off at the 5 minute mark and even when she’s done, but she will spit up still. It makes me think I am over feeding her.

She does have an appointment today however just curious to know if any of you ladies have experienced this. Other than that, she’s been a perfectly fine baby - no signs of any sickness or discomfort.
