9 weeks and bleeding

I’ve had light spotting today (I’m 9 weeks and 2-4 days) and I went to the ER due to history of miscarriage and my HCG was 10,795. The shitty ER doctor wouldn’t do an ultrasound and told me my numbers are great and above 100 thousand, didn’t notice he couldn’t even bother to read my file right until I got to the car and looked over my labs and paperwork. My OBGYN has me coming in tomorrow for more labs and appointment....anyone have experience with this and things being okay ???
