So I gave birth 6 months ago I had a CS and just today I found out I’m pregnant 5w4d with my second baby, I’m happy and everything but yet I’m too scared😭 there will be only one year and two months apart between two babies and I don’t know how I’m gonna do this

Now my first question is well there be any complications in my current pregnancy and my uterus?

And is it okay to continue breastfeeding while pregnant?
