Weighing food
I’m curious what others do when they’re being really strict with calorie intake and weighing/measuring all their food. Let’s say I make a batch of chicken (multiple servings) in the pressure cooker and use some avocado oil in with the water and seasoning. But when I take out the chicken I don’t use any of the liquid. Should I be factoring in the avocado oil to my calorie intake? And if I should how would I guess how much I’d be taking in with one serving of chicken? Should I just guess and likely overestimate the calorie intake? Would it even come out to enough to make any sort of difference? What do you do with those sort of things?
