Is this enough food for weight loss without eating too little?
Breakfast 🍳 avocado egg toast
• Two pieces of 110 cal whole grain toast
• A whole medium avocado
• Two eggs
Lunch 🥙
I don’t eat lunch
Dinner 🥘 fajitas
• 100 cal whole wheat tortilla
• Some chicken thighs and bells peppers
• Homemade guacamole
• Black beans
• Little bit of white rice
Dessert 🍮
• 2 pieces of Lindt 70% dark chocolate
If it’s too much I won’t have any rice, but I feel like that should be enough?
Besides weight, I’m a little bit of a smaller person so 1400-1600cals is what the calculator says is good for me.
Thanks for the advice! I’ll put some more veggies in the fajitas and maybe add some fruit to desert. And I’m Mexican, we eat a lot of avocados and I’d probably die if I had to cut down 😅 but I usually eat greek yoghurt with some fruit and I just ran out, that’s why I ate the extra piece of avocado egg toast.
