Inflammation

Has anyone on here had inflammation around their heart before that keeps coming back? I had pericarditis and it went away with meds and now that I got my wisdom teeth pulled I was taking ibuprofen and now it’s back again? I don’t understand I literally just had a follow up appointment with my cardiologist a week ago I only had the squeezing feeling sometimes so he told me to take ibuprofen for a week and now it’s full on again. I have pain in my chest and a sharp pain in my back. I don’t go back for another 4 months
