I had an ultrasound yesterday and the tech said I was measuring 6 weeks exactly. She also said that she was not able to see a fetal pole yet, but that that was normal for this stage. She said that there is a very pronounced yolk sac though.

My Dr called today and had me go do an HCG quantitative and progesterone counts. She said if the progesterone was 5 or less then we would need to discuss what would come next. It's also important to note I've been having light cramping which everyone assures me is normal.

My labs just came back and my HCG is 39,996 while my progesterone is 7.21. I have my second ultrasound scheduled for next week, but I'm nervous about the progesterone level... Does anyone have any insight or experience with these levels? I'm assuming she will call me in the morning but until then I'm relying on you guys.
