how long does it take to feed??

My 11 day old baby takes over a hour to eat and eats every 2.5 hours. Is this normal? He did have a tongue tie, but it has been corrected

For the first week my baby took about 45minutes-1hour. Now he takes about 18-25 minutes of eating. Sometime longer if he’s just playing with it or falling asleep

This is perfectly normal. It is called cluster feeding- this is the supply and demand. Baby demands more milk to let your body know how much to produce and then your body will supply it. Continue this and you'll see that time reduce as baby gets older.
For example, my baby went from 45 minutes to 1 hour first 2 months then slowly went down to now (6.5 months) to 6-10 minute session fees on one boob.
