New Orleans Familiars...need help!

I’m looking for some recommendations for our vow renewal. We have always wanted to go to New Orleans but have never been there and don’t know anyone that lives anywhere near it. We had planned to go this year for our 10 year anniversary but with Covid and a new baby, that’s out. Next years anniversary is important to us for a private reason and we plan to go there and renew our vows just the two of us. What I am wanting is something very small. I was thinking a large garden somewhere that we can renew vows and a restaurant with a beautiful aesthetic with possibly a loft or small room that can be rented for just the two of us to have a nice meal together. Bonus if it’s at the same place. We are also going to need a photographer to capture some pictures of the renewal. So: recommendations on venue (literally just a fancy room) with a nice garden area for pictures/actual renewal and a photographer. Any help or suggestions are welcome.
