BBT/Charting
This is my first month temping. I did miss the first part of the month though 😩 I don’t truly understand what I’m looking for in my chart. Every app that I use has me ovulating on a different day (I also used opk). Do I ovulate on the first temp dip or the second? FF did shift the red line about 2/3 days ago. Any help with better understanding my chart would be appreciated
