First period and sex after ectopic with methotrexate

On may 12 (a little over two weeks ago) I had the methotrexate shot for my ectopic pregnancy. I was 6 weeks along. This was my first pregnancy. My hcg was about 1200 at the time of the shot and 8 days later it dropped to 276. Another week later , which was this past Wednesday, it was 21. I’m pretty sure it’s 0 now or really close ( based on pregnancy tests I’ve taken) I’m getting blood work next week though so I’ll know for sure.

How long did it take you to get your first period after your hcg reached 0? I’m curious when I will get it. Also was it more painful then normal?

Also how long did you wait to have sex after methotrexate?
