Best wifi monitor with handheld and mobile apps?

Hello! I'm looking for a baby monitor that has both a handheld screen device to see bub when I am home but also a phone app that we can connect to so that when my partner is away he can check in to see bub when he likes?

I've looked at owlet and it is just too expensive when there are similar products on the market.

Can you let me know your best recommendations please? I need to be able to connect 2 phones to the wifi camera as well as the handheld main unit.
