Success stories after loss...

I went in for my routine OB appt at 15 plus weeks March 24th, 2021, and there was no heart beat. Baby measured 13 weeks 4 days. I had the NIPT test (normal) done at 11 weeks and I even had an ultrasound done what would’ve been days before he passed. Everything looked normal. I am absolutely heart broken still over this. Since my d and c, I’ve had genetic testing done on fetus/myself—normal. I’ve had lab work done to make sure I’m healthy—came back normal. I even had a sonohysterogram done, came back normal. I am grateful to already have two healthy kids—5 and 2 yrs old. I’m so worried this isn’t going to happen again for me even thought I’ve been told there’s no reason not to think it couldn’t. Any success stories would help tremendously.. thank you.
