Before anybody says anything yes I am going to call my OB when their office is open but I am just wondering if any of you have had period like symptoms and bleeding in the middle of your birth control pack? I started a new pack abojt 2 weeks ago (I only take the placebo pills every 4 months for a period as is okayed by my OB) but a few days into my new pack I began light cramping, spotting on and off pink, now 2 weeks into it I sometimes will wake up with full on bright red bleeding and light cramping. I have been on this birth control for almost a year now and this has never happened before. Any ideas? Could I be pregnant on birth control showing these signs (cramping, spotting / bleeding) without knowing ? Also I take it at the same time every day 4:30 pm on the dot.
