Is this poison oak, Ivy, sumac, or something else?

Never had this before. Feels like sand paper to the touch and itches and burns so bad

The types you named are just diff varieties of poison oak. 
All poison oak is gonna give you an itchy burning rash. Some people react stronger to sumac but there's no specific rash per the type of poison oak. May have just gotten more of it or maybe you're allergic ? Got inflamed and spread?
Take some benadryl , tecnu products are good and classic calamine lotion or oatmeal. Ocean dip or cold salt bath. Not hot water , it'll spread it in the early days of getting it. Don't itch. Don't touch your face or important / sensitive areas to avoid spreading. Even mud or clay can help. After it starts to dry it won't spread anymore but continue putting calamine lotion or some good product on it.

Doesn’t look like poison oak or Ivy. Not sure what Sumac is. I do know if you’ve been out hiking or walking in the woods there’s this plant if you touch it it’ll give you a burning sensation on the skin like needles and I have gotten it before and it looks like that. I’d definitely go to the doctor that’s just me
