I need help

I’ve been having the side pins for awhile they don’t seem to go away. Also a weird like pooping sensation in my uterus as well as some sharp pains. I’m going to call my doctor in the morning to see what I should do. As of now I’m not bleeding and I’m between11-12 weeks
