Hey ladies I am hoping that someone will be able to shed some light here.

At my 6 week postpartum appointment my doctor gave me a prescription for the NuvaRing. I was supposed to put it in for 3 weeks, take it out for 1. However only 2 weeks in my period started.

At first I was unphased, my period would normally come around that time of the month so I thought my body was just resuming its old cycle. I took out my birth control and plan to restart on my normal schedule next month.

However I have been doing some reading and it seems that this is SUPER early for me to be getting it again, especially because my son is exclusively breastfed. Has anyone been through this?
