I could really use your help🙂 i test every morning 6.30 am. But it was very hot in our bedroom this night and i could not sleep, rolling left to right. At 3.45 am my husband woke me up by telling me he could not sleep and if i could. So because i was awake i temped but did not get out of bed and went to sleep again. Then i did get a good sleep until 6.30 am which is my usual temp time. So i slept for almost 3hrs this time.

But my temp was so different from 4am😢4 am was 36.30 Celsius (97.34 fahrenheit) and 6.30 am was 36.68 (98.02) . I had a positive opk 3 days ago so it's a big deal.. which temp would you go with?
