“Friends”

I have recently decided my “friends” are no longer good for my mental health. My best friend specifically is always picking apart everything i do in order to start an argument and not making me a priority. (sometimes we don’t talk for weeks at a time) i have an anxious attachment style so not talking is really hard for me (i have told her this and she did not seem to care)

i have started distancing myself from them but because i can see they are all hanging out on social media it’s been really hard. i need help staying strong without blocking them as i know it will only make the situation worse HELP
