8 month sleep regression ??

Anyone else’s babe doing early (3:30/4am) wake ups and just whining for a long time?!He is usually a super chill babe and has been more clingy recently. Could this all be due to separation anxiety starting? Not sure what is up, but now I am tired!

Yes, my son was sleeping through night for months and is now waking up at night and waking up earlier for the day also extremely clingy and fussy in the day. I know he is teething also just cut his first tooth and another on the way. I feel so bad for him but at the same time momma needs a break. I hope he gets back to his old good routine soon!

Yes I think the separation anxiety but I will say just keep doing your normal routine they get over it pretty quickly..
