DERMATOLOGIST HELP!!!!🤯🤪😬🤦🏽‍♀️😰 My body is getting all these tiny brown dots / tiny moles on chest, stomach,face, & neck. Doctor said no concerns but I'm still breaking out from them. Any ideas!?! 😬🤯🤨 I'm 38 so this is odd and new to my skin
