Today is a heavy day reading news online. I usually stay away from news because it can be so dark and so frustrating to the max!

But I found this article and it pissed me off but also made me afraid. Because this one is super close. An hour from where I am.

The biggest issue I have is why was bail still allowed? Why wasn’t he denied no bond at all?

I bring this here should certain charges require no bail to be given? I understand it’s up to the judge to grant or deny but in cases such as this should it automatically warrant a denial of bail?

The guy in question planned to shoot up a local Walmart much like the shooting that took place in El Paso.
