I had wet, watery cm for about a week and a half now with an occasional cramp.

I don’t know if I have ovulated or not, I’ve been out of town for a week(currently in an area where I cannot get tests)

Now my discharge looks like this(milky, watery)

I have cramps, heartburn, and some nausea w/o vomiting. Am I pregnant or is something wrong? Could I have ovulated and missed it? We basically BD every other day
