Possible clogged milk duct?

I’ve been EBF and I believe I just got my first clogged milk duct. I don’t understand how I got one if LO feeds regularly and eats from both sides. My breast dont overflow what’s so ever... I never leak or anything of that, not even engorgement. I feel hard lumps and area is red. I took a hot shower yesterday and it went away but then came back minutes later. I feed her this morning with the nose to the area as I read on previous posts and it went away but it came back again! Any tips? I also tried my ETB but the back side doesn’t feel the vibrations as much ( Sonicare Philips)

Buy sunflower lecithin and take every day. It thins the milk fat (but doesnt destroy the fat or nutrition) and helps prevent clogs.
I had to do one sided breastfeeding in addition to hot showers+hakaa(with epsom salt and warm water)+pumping after shower to relieve any of mine early on. Later on, doing one sided nursing seemed to clear them up. But you have to do it for all feedings until you no longer feel the lump. 
But the sunflower lecithin has kept them at bay. You can take up to 3600mg a day.

I have gotten clogs before (once turned into mastitis because I didn’t catch it early) but anytime I feel one coming on I will try to feed baby on that side first every feeding, you can try dangle feeds, and I know this sounds crazy but if you grab that breast and shake it as hard as you can that has helped before. Take Tylenol for the pain and monitor for a fever. Hoping it clears up soon!
