TMI photo

Hey y’all. Sorry for the TMI photo. Is this normal? Should I be worried? I recently had just gone on the implanon and so far my period has been all over the place. My doctor told me that’s to be expected for a few months and if it continues to stay she can also put me on the pill just to get my periods back to normal. Has anyone ever had whatever this is in the photo?
