Tips for dizziness?
I’ve been dealing with crazy nausea since about 6 weeks. Now I’m 11w4d and suddenly I’m hit with dizziness! It started off just being when I stand up too fast and now it seems to hit out of nowhere.
Others who get dizzy spells, how do you handle them? Right now the only thing that seems to help is laying down and elevating my feet, but that isn’t always an option.
