What would you do if you're grandparents or you're parents say that you do not need any thing for cramps and they say that you are back talking because you say it hurts to move.

I do not know what to do because my grandfather say that I do not need anything for the pain. And they are saying that I do not want to do anything because you are on your period and my grandparents say that I'm evening over dramatic there are times that I have cramps and it hurts to breath and I do not know what to do now.

Tell a teacher or other adult.
If your parents or grandparents won’t give you pain relief medicine and will ground you for taking it, that’s absolutely abuse!

Do u have anyone u can trust to get u some things for your cramps that u can hide? How would they even know that you took something? I’m sorry that your family thinks u should just suck it up when you’re hurting.

Some parents don’t believe that cramps could be that bad. I know how it feels. Mine used to put me in bed and make me terribly sick to my stomach. Tell another parent. Maybe find an OB. Maybe hearing it from a doctor will change their minds.

Endometriosis is a bitch— and causes very painful periods. Not saying that’s it at all,  but there are legitimate conditions out there that are brutal. Ugh, hugs. Is there anyone else you can talk to about this?
