I’m not sure if I’m overthinking & stressing myself out but my partner & I have decided to not live together (we don’t now, relationship is under a year but have known him since HS) & I’m stressing myself out about finding an affordable 2 bedroom place. I feel like my son deserves his own room although I know I’ll have him in a bassinet in my room for several months but thinking about getting half pay while on maternity leave has me thinking I will be stretching myself thin if I get a 2 bd instead of 1. Apart of me feels like I’m trying to overcompensate for wanting this child more than my partner did & overall feeling like my child deserves it all. Has anyone lived in a 1 bd apartment with a newborn up until 7/8 months?
