Long period

I am on day 20 of my period. I got my iud out in March, had a normal period, no period in April, and now for may, going on 20 days. I'm ttc, so this is super frustrating. I know periods can be irregular for a little bit after getting iud removed, but this is becoming pretty concerning. I emailed Dr and she said "if you're profusely bleeding, go to ER. If not, it's fine." But idk. It doesn't seem very fine to me. Anyone else had this happen to them?
