Mucus plug or spotting?

Is this considered spotting or part of my mucus plug? I had a cervical check today but this doesn’t seem like spotting to me but I’m also not sure what mucus plug looks like 🤷🏼‍♀️ I am 38 weeks + 6 today for reference!

It looks like a little of it I was checked for dilation last week and they told me I would bleed a little. I think when the doctor checked me she knocked my mucus plug out so it looks normal to me. If you get contractions with it I would then start to worry or your water breaks call the hospital.

The only help I can offer is when I lost my mucous plug with my first it looked very similar to that with no blood though.  Just a giant glob of snot, so it could be a bit of both!
