Nothing you can do for AMH level, it just is what it is. 0.87 is not bad for your age, though! Mine was already down to 0.07 last year at age 40 (and is probably zero by now based on how quickly it was dropping).
DHEA is supposed to help with LH level, but LH is the hormone that surges to trigger ovulation, so it may only have been low due to the timing of when during your cycle you took the test. Besides, if you’re going to doctor and doing Clomid, they can always add a trigger shot if your LH doesn’t surge naturally.
In any case, good luck! Based on those numbers, I’d say you’ve got a good chance of conception!

You need to address the high prolactine level. It messes with your cycle and ovulation which is why breastfeeding women get pregnant at slower rates. LH and FSH fluctuate throughout the cycle.
