Back pain like period cramps and hip pressure 37+5

Anyone dealing with crazy back pain/back cramps? It’s dull enough that I haven’t been worried but today it’s been so consistent & now accompanied by the belt around my stomach. I feel like my son is sitting on my butt but I can’t go to the bathroom? Anyone experience this? I’m trying trying to wait until my appointment on Thursday!
