What is the best way to start labor, im willing for anything😆
Got a friend bringing me pineapple juice tn n I been doing the ball n standing and my hips going in circles.
Anything else can i do?
Im 38weeks june 2nd

Trust me!!!!! Mix black seed oil with olive oil heat it for 10 minutes while it’s warm massage your stomach back sides for 15 minutes while doing this put your feet’s in hot water !!!! I believe the chemical in pineapple is mainly found in the core. And they say you’d almost have to eat the whole thing. But it’s also known to cause hellacious heartburn! I tried it once and I was miserable. 
I recommend bouncing on a ball, long walks, sex (semen can soften cervix), red raspberry leaf tea to tone your uterus, and dates (I believe 6 per day) is supposed to help.
