i have this bump on the inside of my lip no pain or anything just curious what everyone thinks

Honestly looks like an ulcer. I get them pretty frequent especially being stressed out. I rinse with salt water a few times a day and it helps clear it up quicker😁

Honestly didnt know you could get cold sores on the inside of your mouth, always thought they were on the outside only. Could totally be wrong though. But def looks like a canker sore like the person before said.
