Just reaching out to see if any of you moms have any ideas.

My buddy has had a cold since Wednesday. His nose is a faucet and he’s coughing all the time. Ive done saline spray, Tylenol, nose frida sucker, humidifier. Is there ANYTHING else I can do?! He’s just so miserable I feel awful. He doesn’t have a fever but The pediatrician wasn’t much help. They basically said not to give him any over the counter medicine other than Tylenol and to call back if he has a fever. Any other tips or tricks to help him fight this? Or am I doing all I can?
