I spotted a faint amount on 9 and 10dpo once each morning when I wipe after peeing. This has never happened before and figured it was very strange because I have never spotted outside of my period. I spotted once again on cd28 what should have been the first day of my period. This was also very faint and only in the morning when I wiped after peeing.

I've been waiting for AF to arrive but still nothing, I'm always on time so idk what to really think of all of this. I'm now 4 days late (cd 31) and still no AF. The last 4 days I've had a dull cramps on my left side, which is odd because I only cramp on the third day of my period. I took a pregnancy test today and it was negative.

I've had a few crime scene bloody noses the last few weeks, my bowels don't feel like "period bowels" (if that makes sense) and no usual period acne are the only things I can think of that are different this month.

Should I consider the day of spotting as a one day period. Or how long should I keep testing? The only method we use is the pull out method and I'm not exactly trying or not trying to conceive so idk if there are things to look out for or if I should just shrug it off. Any thoughts/advice would be helpful.

Update: vvvvvvvvf positive 5 days late. I never use first morning urine because I urinate a few times in the night. still feel crampy. I may test again tomorrow or the day after.
