Has anyone ever experienced this?

So my last period was April 20th to 24th, back in March I experienced my first miscarriage it was sad😔 I thought my period went back to normal when I had it. I have gone 38 days without a period and have ovulated twice on May 10th and May 24th with extremely high surges.

I’m lost and I don’t know why my cycle is like this. I was reading up that it could potentially increase the chance of having twins of some sort. Not sure. Since my last period my cervix and uterus have been in so much pain especially during sex it’s painful. Is it hormones or what? I have an appointment this Thursday with my doctor to go over everything

This is a pregnancy test I took today, it looks vvfl but I’m not sure.

I’ve been extremely nauseous since my last period as well.

Any pointers ? Opinions ?
