Anyone hear about mucinex helping you get pregnant? I guess it makes the CM more slippery and helps the sperm gets to where it has to go. I seen this on TikTok.

If you need help with CM (you don’t produce a lot around peak time and are concerned) you can just get sperm friendly lube instead of taking Mucinex.

I used guaifenesin which is the active ingredient in mucinex the month before I got my bfp in Feb, it defo worked for me as I never saw any cm after after using that I saw loads.. Unfortunately I'm back using it again as had a mc and it's doing the same this time... I took 10mla twice a day for about a week x

I used it for a year. I haven't really seen any evidence that it makes a big difference in conception, but it makes the Tiktok rounds a lot.
