Hello, my last period was on the 25th April 2021, it lasted 4days which is 28th April 2021. I missed my last months period and was curious because I’m having pregnancy symptoms. I conducted a test and it shows positive. I went for Ultrasound scan yesterday and no baby was detected, no gestational sac seen yet. But Endometrium is thick 17.7mm.

Please can someone help me out? I’m really worried, it’s the pregnancy too early to be detected by ultrasound scan?
