How long was everyone advised to wait to try again after a miscarriage?

We experienced an ectopic in March, and a Miscarriage about a week ago. The bleeding has already stopped & I want to start tracking my ovulation again for when we're ready. But not sure what's the usual time frame to at least wait to make sure my body is healed? I was only about 5 weeks.
